KICK THE FEAR OUT OF YOUR LIFE...

It's time to kill the fear and live your life - I mean really live
the life you want to live.

Over the last few weeks I've been getting a flood of emails from
people just like you - asking how they can overcome fear.

They tell me that they're crippled by fear - unable to move forward and achieve their goals - fear is holding them back.

Fear can destroy your life.

You may fear success.
You may fear rejection.
You may fear failure.
You may fear the unknown.
You may fear all of the above and more.

If you do - you are letting fear destroy your chance for success
and in the process - it destroys your life!

But you can overcome and eliminate fear.

You can turn your fear into power.

Eliminate Fear
You may have terrific goals and great intentions - but instead of
taking action - you may find that fear takes over, destroying your
chance for success and eliminates any hope for happiness or a
better life.

There is a simple and effective way to overcome fear.

Fear is something that we all experience.

Even the most confident people will experience some form of fear at different points in their lives. No one is without fear. Heck even I experience fear from time to time - I just don't let it get the better of me.

Experiencing fear is perfectly normal - letting it cripple and
paralyze you - to the point where you do nothing - is not normal
and it is not something that you should accept.

Those who live successful and happy lives know how to overcome fear.

Those who don't know how to overcome fear are paralyzed and in the end take no action, so they never improve their lives and often give up before they even get started.

When you experience fear think of it as a trigger. It's almost like
an internal mechanism telling you that you're focusing on the wrong thing.

Here's an example: Let's say you want to start a business - but you have no business experience. Your entire life you've worked for someone else - and now you want to venture into an area that you know nothing about. You get scared - this is what I refer to as the fear of the unknown. You don't know what will happen if you were to go into business - so you immediately focus on everything that could go wrong. You start asking yourself questions like:
What if I make a mistake?
What if I lose all of my money?
What if the business fails?

Understand that this is a perfectly normal process.
Anybody who goes into business will always ask themselves similar questions.

You get scared because you're not prepared. You don't know enough, you haven't done enough research, you haven't prepared enough to make sure that your fears don't come to pass.

How do you overcome the fear of the unknown?

It's really quite simple.

You get better prepared.

So you would learn more about business, you would minimize your risk, you would take small steps, you would do more research about the business you want to set up, you would test your ideas or your product and go slowly.

If you have a fear of buying a new home then you would go through a similar process. Learn more about buying a new home, learn more about what it would take to manage a home, pay the bills, pay the mortgage, etc.

If you have a fear about moving to a new job learn more about the company that you're going to and what it does.

When you get better prepared your mind no longer focuses on the
fear. Instead, you get your mind focused on finding solutions and direct it to help you overcome the fear by getting better prepared.

At the same time you also fill your mind and subconscious mind with more information so that you are better prepared to make the right decision.

Start eliminating fear today.
Get better prepared.
Get your mind and subconscious mind focused on achieving what you want and knock the fear out of your life today. -

Next - begin instructing your mind and subconscious mind to help you make the right decision.

How do you do this?
You simply start telling yourself : I'm making the right decision
about (whatever decision you want to make).

In the above example - you would say:
I'm making the right decision about starting this business.
I know what to do to make the right decision and I'm making the
right decision. This process gets your mind focused on what you want and it forces your subconscious to find a solution for what you want - which in the above example is to make the right decision.

Overcome fear today.
Focus on what you want. Learn to get better prepared. Direct your mind and subconscious mind to help you overcome the fear and launch you to success.
Begin eliminating fear today.

Push yourself to take action.
When you feel that you're fear is taking over - push yourself to
take one small step.

Do something new and different everyday - this gets your mind used to the idea of doing different things and helps reduce the level of fear.

Do something to help you achieve your goals everyday.

When you constantly focus on your fears, when you constantly think that you're not good enough or not capable of achieving your goals - you basically instruct your subconscious mind to create the things that you're afraid of. You actually end up creating more and more fear - even though you don't want that.

For example: If you think you're not good enough to do something - then your subconscious mind will create situations that will lead you to believe that you're not good enough to do something.

This is the most devastating aspect of fear - because you end up
creating exactly what you don't want.

So start changing the way you see things and focus on why you can do something instead of why you can't do something. Begin directing your mind and subconscious mind to create the situations you do want.  Start living the life you want by eliminating fear and embracing success.

HOW YOU CAN FIND DIAMONDS AT YOUR FEET

Yesterday I was browsing at a bookstore - and I couldn't help but notice all the Harry Potter books everywhere. And it's all because one woman had an idea and followed up on it.

That woman is JK Rowling who is now the richest woman in the United Kingdom.

She's got another bestseller and continues to make millions while living the life she wants.

Ten years ago she was on welfare. Not a dime to her name.

How did she turn her life around?

She saw the diamond that popped into her head. She reached out and grabbed it and turned it into a fortune.

That diamond was a character named Harry Potter.

You too have diamonds all around you - the only difference between you and JK Rowling is that she saw her diamond, reached out and grabbed it.

You too can do the same.

How?

Think about what you want.

Rowling loved writing and wanted to improve her life significantly. If you want to get a new job - focus on finding the right job. Then pay attention to the ideas that come up and follow up on those ideas.

Listen to what others have to say - follow up on their suggestions.

You really have diamonds at your feet. In fact you have diamonds all around you.

Their value exceeds real diamonds because these diamonds continue to add value to your life each and everyday.

What do I mean?

Let's call them Life Diamonds - and they consist of the people and opportunities all around you - but here's the catch.

You have to see them as diamonds - you have to see them as something of value. You have to utilize them as diamonds.

Too often we overlook the people and events around us and we miss opportunities to improve our lives everyday.

If you have a spouse - then that person is a valuable diamond. Not only because he or she is your spouse - but because they have access to people that they can immediately share with you - people who can help you accomplish your goals.

Similarly - everybody around you - everybody you associate with can either help you or they know of someone who can help you achieve your goal.

All you have to is help them help you.

How do you do this?

First see them as diamonds - see them as valuable people who can help you improve your life and at the same time - realize that you can help them improve their lives.

Everybody enters your life for a reason. We are all connected - and it is our responsibility to help each other improve our lives and improve the world around us.

Begin recognizing that everybody around you can and will help you achieve your goals.

The first step is to think about what you want in your life - then focus on attracting the right people that will
help you achieve your goals. Next - trust that these thousand hands will appear to help you create the life you want.
Finally - be ready to help somebody else accomplish their goals.

Why?

Because you get what you give.

If you help someone else - they or someone else will surely help you. Just like they can be your diamond - you can be their diamond.

It's the natural law of the universe. What goes around comes around.

Yes - you too are a diamond - worth more than you imagine.

If you feel the people around you will not help you - then begin attracting the right people into your life. You can do this by simply training your mind and subconscious mind to bring you the right people. Start creating and seeing diamonds all around you. Begin recognizing that everybody can assist you and start living the life you want - and they will begin to do just that.

See the diamonds all around you.

Everyday you are given numerous opportunities to improve your life and achieve your goals - but you have to see them as opportunities.

I know some of you may find the above hard to believe - but if you think of everything that happens as an opportunity to improve your Life - you'll do just that.

If you lost your job - you now have an opportunity to find a better job, start a business, or do what ever you want.

If your husband/wife/boyfriend or girlfriend left you - then you now have an opportunity to meet the right person who will always be with you.

These are the diamonds that we don't see. They are the opportunities that allow you to create the life you want.

You can see the diamonds all around you. All you have to do is start paying more attention. Be more aware of all the diamonds around you. Be more aware of all the opportunities that surround you. Follow up on the ideas and opportunities.

When you believe that there are diamonds all around you - then you'll begin to see them as diamonds. After all, what you believe is what you get.

JK Rowling always believed that things would get better. She always believed that she could write a novel. She believed her diamond was at her feet - all she had to do was reach out and grasp it - and she did.

When you focus on achieving your goals - when you stop complaining and stop worrying - the diamonds will appear. All you have to do is see them.

They can come from anywhere. JK Rowling's diamond just popped up. Here's how she explains coming up with Harry Potter:
"I was traveling on a train between Manchester and London and it just popped into my head." What followed led to fortunes.

JK Rowling found her diamond - you can too.
Now it's your turn to grasp your diamonds.

Here's to your success.

START ELIMINATING THOSE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS

Negative thoughts and junk in your head serve no purpose.
After all, negative thoughts don't help you they just make you feel bad, and lead to negative beliefs which creates a negative
lifestyle.

Meaningless thoughts, the kind where you worry for no reason, serve no purpose because they don't help you accomplish your goals and they just take up space and energy.

That same space and energy can be used to have thoughts that do serve a purpose and help you accomplish your goals.

Instead of having and keeping negative thoughts or thoughts that
serve no purpose - change those thoughts.

Create thoughts that are positive and that help you achieve your
goals.

For example: instead of worrying about what might go wrong - think about what might go right. Think about how things could work out for you. Think about how you can improve your life, or try to find solutions.

When you do this you direct your mind and subconscious mind to
regularly focus on the positive things that are going on in your
life. And you also direct your subconscious mind to create more
positive situations and more positive outcomes.

If you constantly focus on what could go wrong - you'll always
create and attract situations that won't work out.

If you regularly focus on how things could work out, and when you constantly focus on positive things - you will attract situations and events that work out for you and you will attract more positive events and people.

Your subconscious mind will always create situations and events that you regularly think about. So start replacing those negative and useless thoughts with positive and constructive thoughts.
Begin directing your mind and subconscious mind to create the life
that you want - and you'll begin achieving your goals sooner than
you realize.

How do you change your thoughts?

At any point during the day - when ever you have a free moment -
catch yourself thinking.

Pay attention to your thoughts.
Observe them - and analyze them.

Ask yourself: "Does this thought or belief work for me? Does it
help me? Does it make me feel better?" If the answer is no - then
you have to change it. And you can change the thought by simply
thinking of the opposite or creating a new thought that helps you
create what you want.

For example: If you're constantly thinking about why you're not
good enough or why you can't achieve something - change those
thoughts. Think about why you are good enough and why you can
achieve something. At first you may have to push yourself to come
up with reasons - but once you do you'll get more and more
comfortable with the process.

As you regularly think about why you can do something you'll start to believe that you can achieve that goal. The minute you begin to believe that you can do something your subconscious mind goes out and creates the situations to help you achieve that goal.

Eliminating the junk in your head and the negative thoughts has a powerful impact.

First you get rid of negative thinking that leads to a negative or
unfulfilled life. At the same time you start creating positive thoughts that lead to a positive lifestyle where you actually begin achieving your goals.

Your thoughts and beliefs are the fuels that drive your subconscious. Feed your subconscious negative thoughts and negative beliefs and you'll stall your engine.

That means you won't be able to achieve your goals. Feed your subconscious positive thoughts and positive beliefs - and you turbo charge yourself to success.

Eliminate any negative attitudes.

If you have a negative or bad attitude, if you try to be difficult
or demanding - it's time to change those attitudes.

Why?

Because they don't work for you.

Sure you may think that being demanding works for you - but it
really doesn't.

Why not?

Because when you're demanding you're insisting on something
specific happening. When you do this you close yourself off to other possibilities - you actually limit yourself. By limiting yourself you limit your chance for success.

Be open to any and all possibilities. A closed mind closes the door to opportunity.

A negative attitude certainly doesn't work for you - so why keep it.

Start creating a positive attitude by simply changing your thoughts and change the way you see things. A negative or a bad attitude is usually the result of seeing things in a negative or not so positive way.

Look at all the possibilities, and focus on the positive aspects.
When you do this regularly you'll develop a positive attitude - an
attitude that works for you and helps you achieve your goals.

Your subconscious mind responds to your thoughts and beliefs. Your
attitude is an extension of those thoughts and beliefs.
Begin feeding your mind and subconscious mind positive messages and you begin creating a positive lifestyle.

You can eliminate the negative thoughts.
You can get rid of the junk in your head.
You can begin to improve your life and achieve your goals.
Start eliminating those negative thoughts today.
Start changing your attitude and begin creating the life you want
today.

CREATE HABITS FOR SUCCESS

I'm about to show you a simple way to enjoy success in every area of your life by simply making a small adjustment.

What is that small adjustment?

Change your habits.

We all have habits that we follow everyday and in most cases we're not even aware of these habits. They're embedded in our subconscious mind and we automatically do things everyday often without even realizing it.

But there are habits that work for you and there are habits that work against you.

Your habits can lead you to tremendous success or incredible and repetitive failure.

That's right - your habits can determine just how your life turns out.

Think about it.

If you smoke - that's a habit – one that can kill you - a massive failure in any book.

If you have a habit of eating junk food you'll likely gain weight, and destroy your health - another failure.

If you have a habit for exercising - you'll likely be in shape, and be healthy - and that's a success.

There are essentially two kinds of habits - those that work for you and allow you to be successful and those that work against you - and will lead you to failure.

If you want to be successful - take a look at your habits, see which habits allow you to be successful and which habits will lead to failure.

For example: if you have a habit of procrastinating and putting things off then that habit works against your desire to be successful - and it will only insure your failure.

Once you recognize which habits work for you and which habits work against your desires - you can begin changing them.

How?

Simple.

Your thoughts lead to a belief, a belief leads to an action that becomes a habit.

Start by creating thoughts and beliefs that create the habit that will work for you.

For example: Saying I'll do it tomorrow, leads to the belief that you can do it tomorrow which creates the habit of putting things off until tomorrow.

Change that to: I'm doing it now, you create a belief that you can do things now and you then create a habit that makes you do things right away. Get the idea?

Start creating thoughts that lead to beliefs that lead to the habits you want to form.

Last week I ran into an old friend, Anwar, who several years ago set out to start his own clothing company. Today he owns more than a dozen stores across the country - it's a multi-million dollar business and he's reaping the rewards of his positive habits.

We talked at great length and one of the interesting things that came up during our conversation was how his belief system led to his success. Anwar said: "I always believed that I could create a successful business - but I had to get into the habit of believing and working like a successful person. I had to change the way I did things because my old habits weren't helping me."

When we first met years ago my friend used to smoke a pack a day, eat junk and spend much of his time sleeping or goofing off.” It’s all in your head." Anwar said. Of course I agreed - because the same principles worked for me and continue to work for me.

Today Anwar's kicked the puffing habit, eats only healthy food (he opted for the soup and salad combo during lunch) and wakes up at 5:30 everyday.

Anwar eliminated habits that didn't work for him. He created habits that did work for him. He created a belief system that allowed him to create the habits that worked for him.

If your habits aren't working for you then you need to change them.

How?

When you feel like following a habit that doesn't work for you - think about what you really want in your life. Then think of what habit will work for you. Once you've done that - think about how you can do what you want, continue thinking about achieving what you want and continue thinking about doing what needs to be done. Continue thinking about following the habits that will allow you to be successful.

As you regularly do what I just outlined you'll begin to create a belief system that will lead to new habits.

To help you get started here's a short list of successful habits:
Doing things right away.
Getting up on time.
Exercising.
Listening to people.
Being open minded.
Tolerant.
Understanding.
Taking time to think things through.
Considering all options.
Eating healthy.

Now begin creating thoughts that allow you to create beliefs that lead to habits which leads to success.

Habits are incredibly powerful. Your habits will shape your life.

Look at the people that you feel are successful and then observe their habits - you'll find they have habits that allow them to be successful.

Don't let negative, defeating habits destroy your life.
Don't let negative, defeating thoughts destroy your life.
Create a belief system that allows you to be successful, happy and enjoy life. Create positive habits for success.

Here's to your success.

WHY AFFIRMATIONS DON'T WORK

Thoughts are instructions sent to your subconscious mind. Thoughts repeated regularly become beliefs. After a while you start to believe what you repeatedly think.

Now just because you think that you might get into a car accident - doesn't mean that you will get into a car accident.

But if you BELIEVE that you will get into a car accident - there's a strong chance that you will.

For affirmations to really work you have to believe them.

This is why most affirmations don't work because most people recite affirmations but don't believe them.

But you can get affirmations to work if you create the right affirmations, apply them correctly and use other techniques to help you believe the affirmations that you continually recite.

Here's an example of a poor affirmation that will likely have little or no impact. It's one I've heard people use over and over only to get frustrating results - here it is:
Money flows to me naturally and easily.

Why won't this affirmation work?

First of all money doesn't flow. It's not a river - and your mind cannot identify with this concept of money flowing. Money is something you earn, you work for it. Money exchanges hands. You give something to get money - even winning the lottery requires that you give money to get a ticket that may win. You don't see money flowing - and your mind cannot accept the fact that money flows because there is no reference point that suggest money flows.

In order for the affirmation to work your mind has to be able to accept it, believe it and this requires a reference point.

If you said: I know how to make money easily your mind would likely be able to better accept this affirmation and you could begin to believe it. But in order to believe the affirmation your mind will need a reference point to support it. You may have to refer to a time or situation where you made money easily. You may have to look at other people who are making money easily.

When you have a reference point that supports your affirmation something that your mind can refer to in order to support the affirmation you can begin to believe it.

For example: saying an affirmation like I'm a millionaire is difficult to accept unless you were once a millionaire.

But an affirmation that says: There are plenty of ways to make a million dollars and I've found the right way to make a million dollars can be easier to accept because you can come up with many ways that people have made a million dollars. When you do that you give the affirmation a reference point that supports it.

For example: you could list all the ways that people have made millions of dollars - after you say your affirmation and the mind and subconscious mind can begin to accept the possibility.

If you want affirmations to work create the right affirmations. Make sure your affirmations are targeted and have a solid reference point. Your affirmations should be believable so support the affirmation by giving it examples of how they can be accomplished.

Affirmations are really thoughts and your thoughts are affirmations. So if you repeatedly say negative things to yourself or have negative thoughts - then you're really feeding your subconscious mind negative instructions.

If you say an affirmation once a day and then fill your mind up with negative thoughts, negative examples and have an overall negative attitude your affirmation will never work.

Saying an affirmation once a day will have little or no impact. You need to say your affirmations regularly throughout the day. Filling your mind up with negative thoughts and having an overall negative attitude will eliminate the power of your affirmations.

If you want your affirmations to have an impact and help you create the changes you want then you'll have to change your attitude so that what you think is in line with what your affirmations say.

For example: If you want to get a new job and you say I've found a new job - you can't follow it up with a series of negative thoughts like - there are no good jobs. Nobody's hiring. For the affirmation to work you have to have an attitude and thought process that is in line with what you want to achieve.

Create affirmations that you can believe.
Create affirmations that you can support with a solid reference.
Your attitude and mindset should be in line with your affirmation - that means eliminating negative thoughts.
Start creating positive affirmations that work and direct your
subconscious mind to help you achieve your goals.

Keep your affirmations short and simple. Keep them in the present tense.

Affirmations are meant to direct your subconscious mind to create the life you want. But there are many other techniques that you can work with to help you direct your subconscious mind to create the life you want. Saying an affirmation while working with other techniques will catapult your results.

One step is to eliminate negative thinking. Fill your mind up with positive thoughts, think of possibilities instead of limitations, think of why you can instead of why you can't, and support others in their quest to make their lives better.

Give yourself some time to achieve your goals and create the changes you want. Things won't change or improve overnight. While the process will begin instantly - change will take time. Often people give up just when they're on the verge of achieving their goals. Don't give up. If you feel like giving up - push yourself to continue a little longer.

You have unlimited powers.
You are a remarkable human being.
You are capable of doing anything you want - as long as you direct your subconscious mind to help you achieve your goals and believe that you can - you will.
